The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and they make you feel like a priority every time. Every doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician's assistant is well trained, thorough, and, best of all, compassionate. They listen carefully and acknowledge all concerns, and they treat each patient with respect and deference! It doesn't matter how "good" the doctor is; if good bedside manner isn't there, there isn't trust. Plus, the doctor on staff one day was able to diagnose in 15 minutes, what the local E.R. didn't do in FOURTEEN HOURS. I'm so glad that such a great resource is available so close to me!

Never in MY LIFE have I dealt with such horrible and unprofessional DOCTOR LEVEL staff. Not only did they prescribe me the wrong dosage of my controlled substance medication and REFUSED to fix it, they then call me and tell me it shouldn't have been prescribed at all - not my problem. The DID prescribe it, the mis-prescribed it, then told me too bad when asked to fix the error and that it shouldn't have been prescribed in the first place - once again, not MY fault. They are the medical professionals, not me, how it is my mistake they don't know what they should and should not prescribe? But yet, I'm the one who was told when I called, to "find a new doctor, that I had 3 weeks enough medication to get me through, that my pharmacy flagged the meds which is why they weren't filled (lies)" and the list goes on. I asked to speak with the medical director for several DAYS, and not until my pharamacy called did I recieve any communcaiton from him. Once I did he was rude, entitled, cut me off, and once again made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. He then said he would "do me a favor" and "not report me " (not report me for getting my prescribed medication filled? Make that make sense), he then said if I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HE'D DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND ME A REFERENCE OF A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR - no surprise here, but I never heard another word from him. I am disgusted these people call themselves medical professionals and people have to actually trust them with their lives. DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY. I will continue commenting and leaving reviews so the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to others. THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS WELL BEING AT ALL. Please do not make the same mistake as me and trust these people with your health! This could have been a life or death situation - and they did NOT care! They only cared about their online review and how they LOOKED on the outside. First of all I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered. I called back and went through the same thing again. I called a third time and finally got through to someone. That individual was clueless as to what was going on with my scheduled procedure. She told me I was scheduled for a different procedure than the one that was ordered. When I explained I was supposed to get a different procedure she informed me I was incorrect. I called the Cleveland Clinic to verify what had been ordered and I was correct North Shore had me scheduled for the wrong test. I called them back and phone rang for 25 minutes straight and no one answered. I waited 45 minutes called back and had the same result. I then called the Cleveland Clinic back and they put me on hold and tried to contact North Shore directly. They came back on and told me the offices were closed, that was at 3:23 PM and North Shore states on their website they are open until 4:00 PM on Fridays. North Shore claims they have won awards and are highly acclaimed, based on my dealings with them it must be for gross incompetence and unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this 'medical circus' as you can. From what I can see they couldn't care less about their patients only the patients insurance and their bottom line.

Dr Pesick-Caine is so nice and works well with our son. She tries to make things fun for him even though it's tough for babies at his age to understand what's going on! The front desk is as friendly as you'd expect - nothing impressive and they usually don't crack a smile but I can't hold that against this office because I've experienced this at every office in NE Ohio. We also saw Dr Robinson once in Dr Pesicks absence and she was very nice as well. Since merging with Cleveland Clinic I haven't noticed any real big differences except they now require more paperwork.

Went here because my Obgyn retired to FL and they had rave reviews on FB. Dr. Grossman was up and…read moredown, sometimes very nice and other times rude and condescending. I became pregnant with 2nd and everything was a downward spiral. He made me wait forever for a 2 min prenatal appt. while I could hear him talking through walls word for word to other patients. He tried scaring me with "YouTube" videos to get tdap which is a category C not tested safe for pregnancy but he never told me the benefits of delayed cord clamping (if he really cared about my baby, no he just wanted to sell vaccines) anyways, at the end of pregnancy he pushed C section when not needed bc baby was "measuring big" in ultrasound. Then he was impossible to get ahold of to even schedule the csection. I ended up going into labor at home 2 weeks early and called him at 4 am. He ignored the fact I was in labor and asked when we were going to schedule the CSection, and when I explained how far apart my contractions were and if I should go to hospital, he asked me to remember what he told me the last time I was in his office?? I told him I don't remember! But I would be having the baby today not via csection and he discouraged me from going to the hospital saying I would only be at 2/3 cm and they would send me home. I was amazed at his rudeness and wanted anyone even an Uber driver to deliver my baby before him. When I got to hospital I was fully dilated, delivered with no epidural and all he could say was "that escalated quickly" I tried to stay at the practice by going to Dr. Knotek but she couldn't seem to get a prescription to CVS and she could care less about how Dr. Grossman treated me, so my lesson was I wish I had gone to a midwife or Dr. Svets, anyone but this place. Avoid!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this office has been incredibly frustrating…read moreand disappointing. After accidentally missing an appointment, I reached out to reschedule and was told I could not because I supposedly had a past-due balance of $105. I knew this was incorrect because I had already paid $110 through the patient portal. Instead of investigating before denying care, I was simply told I couldn't be rescheduled until I paid the balance. After I provided proof of payment, the office admitted they had found my payment--it had been in a section of their system that only the office manager could access. While I appreciate the apology, this issue should have been resolved before I was denied care. The most concerning part of this experience is that these were mental health services. Patients seeking mental health care are often already in a vulnerable position. Being turned away because of an internal billing error created unnecessary stress and delayed access to care. Administrative mistakes happen, but patients should not bear the consequences of those mistakes. I hope this office improves its billing processes and communication so others don't have to fight to receive the care they need. I continue to see my therapist and nurse practitioner, Devon and Jennifer, who are amazing. My experience with the office staff is extremely poor.
