I rented a dehumidifier from a place close to where I live and im kicking myself every day that I think of that awful experience. However a friend suggested Bennett Rentals. On her suggestion I telephoned Bennett Rentals to see if they had a dehumidifier and they did at a very competitive price. I really appreciated a small business taking the necessary COVID-19 precautions! The other Rental place didn't even wear masks or have any of the State mandated protocols in place! Very disturbing!!!! I was so happy that I was tipped to this great experience. I was treated like a customer a friend all the while in the rear view mirror was the terrible rental experience that I will never repeat!!! Regardless of the extra drive time. We have been using Bennett's for at LEAST 40 years and they are consistently excellent. Their prices are fair, the quality is great. And as a bonus, if you get to deal with the lovely Mrs. Bennett who is in her 90s but still goes to the office every day, that is just icing on the cake. She is just as sharp and sweet now as she was 40 years ago. Yesterday my kiddos were going around selling their baseball fundraiser cards. We stopped in at Bennett Rentals in Kennewick. They boys went in and the elderly lady in the front proceeded to "inform" my son that he has a lazy eye and that he should go have it fixed! First of all, who the hell do you think you are to criticize a 12 year old boy on his appearance physical or not!!! Second, He does NOT have a lazy eye, it's his eyelid! So I called to speak to her, she put me on hold there was a man that answered. I explained what my kids told me. He said yes he was standing there. He proceeded to make an excuse for this lady saying that she has helped many people with this!!!! MY ASS she has! I Don't care who the hell you are! Or how many people you have claimed to help!
