Despite the significant distance/travel, I have continued to attend the Browns Plains Family Practice as they at all times are warm and welcoming when I ring or drop in. Nothing is too much and they always have a smile. I consistently observe exceptional teamwork and outstanding communication. They are professional and respectful and listen to my concerns, acknowledge that I understand my body and, when I need an appointment, always accommodate me even if I see another GP from the Practice. I fell safe and supported by the Practice and always feel heard. I never feel judged. Doctor Liebenberg and Vicki (receptionist) go the extra mile at all times. I am a registered nurse of 40 years. I work full time so usually have to see Doctor Liebenberg on a Sunday. Even on a busy Sunday, she takes walk ins. Often you have to wait a long time to see Doctor Liebenberg. However, I am comforted that when I need her, she will fit me in and spend the time with me that I need. Thank you to all the staff at Browns Plains Family Practice. Appreciate and value you all. When it first opened, like all clinics, we had no problem getting an appointment and getting in on the time we booked for. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and I thought hey, this could be our new doctor! In recent times, the waiting period has been very long... up to 1 hour. There are quite a few doctors here, but none are all that young. The other day I ran 15 minutes late because my daughter was running a fever and arrived there and the lady at the desk told me sorry I don't know how long you have to wait, you're late. I was a bit taken aback by her comment, because it doesn't take much to see I had a sick baby and all the other times I had to wait over an hour... the nerve. Anyway. I might put it down to the fact that maybe she was having a bad day... but I was not impressed. The doctor I saw was great and helpful... but the experience I had with the lady at reception had already left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. It is a good clinic, but expect to wait, and don't book your appointments for a Monday... you can easily wait over an hour like myself.

While at times there may be a long wait to see the Dr, I know this when making the appt and feel the dr I see there is worth the wait. Dr Linda Maloney has to be the warmest, kindest dr and I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. You know that she runs late because she takes her time and doesn't rush patients in and out. Over the years I've found that chiropractors are like mechanics - there are lots around, but some I feel I can trust more than others. Dr. Hetal has a range of knowledge that extends well beyond that of chiropractic. He has a desire to understand the cause as well as the symptoms. He sees a patient as a puzzle and the goal is to do the smallest intervention in exactly the right place so as the patient gets the best result. He prides himself on his precision. The clinic has a calm and relaxed feel to it. It does get busy but even when busy there is still an air of order. I have watched him work when he has had several patients at once and even though everyone gets all the time they need he seems to move with a relaxed deftness. There will always be better chiropractors around but Dt. Hetal's patience with children through to his extensive life knowledge that allows him to relate relatively complex chiropractic concepts to adults is fairly unique in my experience.
