Never a long wait and she takes the time YOU need with her, unlike some doctors that rush your appt as quick as they can. Also, being a scuba diver herself, she is well aware of any diving complications that could happen with any ENT issues you may have. I have sinus and ear issues from an accident, plus I scuba dive, having Dr Pham as my ENT is a perfect match. If you have any ENT issues, she is the #1 person to see. I highly recommend her.

We were able to get in to see Dr Daly quickly (within a week with Dr Daly). Dr Daly was kind, professional, and absolutely amazing - everything we did not expect. He quickly diagnosed my daughter (not only right frenulum, but tight upper lip), explained the condition, explained our options (we decided to proceed with the short procedure), and did the procedure efficiently and as gentle as possible, since she was only a week old. He even gave us some time in the room so I could nurse and calm her. I can't say enough kind words and would def recommend Dr Daly.

I planned to have Dr. Goodrich perform turbinate reduction surgery. However, at my pre-op…read moreclearance appointment, I caught a cold. As soon as I came down with symptoms, I emailed Dr. Goodrich's surgical coordinator, PRIOR to the 1-week cancellation window, informing her that I was sick and would need to reschedule my procedure. The coordinator tried to convince me to proceed with the surgery simply because I didn't have a fever. 1.) A surgical coordinator is a secretary, NOT a surgeon. It is the SURGEON who should decide whether it is safe/wise to proceed with surgery, NOT the coordinator. 2.) It is a no-brainer that one should not have surgery on nasal structures that are swollen due to a cold regardless of whether one has a fever or not. I called the surgery center myself and explained the situation. They emphatically agreed that I should postpone because going under anesthesia during, or soon after, an upper respiratory infection raises the risk of complications. My procedure was not urgent by any means, so there was no need to take that risk. I called Dr. Goodrich's front desk, explained the situation to them, and asked them to have her call me after her last appointment that day so I could discuss my concerns with her BEFORE the 1-week cancellation window. I never got a call from her. The next day, I told Dr. Goodrich's surgical coordinator that I wanted to cancel, but by then it was exactly 7 days before the scheduled surgery date so they slapped me with a $100 cancellation fee even thought I was cancelling BECAUSE I WAS SICK and didn't want to needlessly raise my risk of complications! Since I had no confidence that Dr. Goodrich's staff communicated with her before my decision to cancel, I sent Dr. Goodrich a portal message informing her of my illness, my conversations with her surgical coordinator and the surgery center, and my reasoning for wanting to cancel. She never responded. Even if her staff did tell her I was sick, why didn't she know about the increased risk of anesthesia complications from an upper respiratory infection and have the judgement to postpone the surgery? This experience speaks volumes.

Worse than her treatment of clients is her refusal to accept responsibility or even issue an apology. Avoid at all costs.

I had surgery at the Surg Center, at their Bethesda location. The prep for surgery was generally…read moreok. The surgeon, Dr. Gilbert, discussed and explained the treatment to me very well. But some aspects of the experience were not good: 1. Pain prescription issue: I repeatedly asked the nurses if the pain prescription (for post-surgery pain) had been sent to my pharmacy, CVS, and they assured me it had. When I was able to check my phone, I told them that I had not yet received a text from CVS. Without looking into the matter, they continued to say the prescription had been sent. On my way home with my ride (I could not drive due to surgery so had to be driven home by a friend), we stopped at CVS and found that the prescription had not been received. I called the Surg Center to inform them about the issue and the front desk gentleman lectured me to tell me that I should have called CVS before I left home to pick the medicine! He did not seem concerned that the pain medicine prescription had not reached CVS; he wanted to teach me the lesson that I should not have gone to the pharmacy before first calling them. Anyway, he said someone will look into the matter. I never heard back from them. I called them back a few times and they did not answer and did not even have a voicemail option; the phone simply went to Verizon saying they were not available (in the middle of the day!). Even when I got around to talking to them, they did not seem concerned and never did call me back with any update or status. (My doctor's office, MOST, was very helpful and helped resolved the issue even though the original mistake had happened at the Surg Center.) 2. Before the surgery, after they got me to undress and wear their gown (and gave me a couple of cotton sheets), I asked for a blanket since I was feeling cold. They had none. I asked if I could get another sheet and the nurse told me they could not waste linen! (I had a copay of more than $1,300 for the surgery and they could not waste linen to make me comfortable!) Eventually the nurse did take pity on me and gave me another sheet and a heater.
