Charles is very clear on his expectations of you and wants to know yours of him. He keeps in close contact when in our case our hearing was approaching. Any questions he had he called never assumed anything. Any legal issue always carries it's stressors, but Charles has a very calm, reassuring way of keeping telling it like it is. It was continued because my ex wife never showed up. I then received a bill for 800$ more because my retainer was at a zero balance. Rachel's office set up 2 phone calls because I wanted an explanation but they cancelled both. Finally on the 3rd attempt she actually called. As soon as I brought up the billing issue her exact words were "I'm not doing this with you and she hung up" I hadn't spoken to her in person for over a year by this time. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this lawyer. She's all about money and delaying things so she can bill you more!
