The ladies were absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. The ambiance was beautiful, relaxing, and smelled incredible, the moment you walked in, you immediately felt at ease. The massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! I wish I hadn't because I wanted to enjoy every second, but I can't think of a better compliment to the massage therapist. She was THAT good! What really took our experience to another level happened afterward. My husband accidentally left his wedding band in the clothes bin. They were CLOSED on Sunday, but they actually came back to the spa just to look for it; and they FOUND IT! That kind of customer service, kindness, and integrity is rare. Talk about going above and beyond! From the atmosphere to the massages to the incredible people, Lemon Tree Spa gave us an experience we won't forget. Five stars simply aren't enough. We will absolutely be back!

The hotel listed the Lemon Tree Spa and many other local businesses to check out and so getting a massage seemed like a natural addition to my relaxing beach weekend. The service was great, the establishment was peaceful and gave great Florida beach decor. We loved our massage, especially my boyfriend. He talked about her technique a couple of times on the trip. Apologies I can't recall her name. We came here on our way to check in to our hotel at The Luce and it really set the tone for the rest of the weekend. Go see them when you are staying on the beach, we had plenty of parking and the place where it's located is the cutest little discovery area. It's like a cute Main Street with tons of shops and quaint little shops. Highly recommend checking out the whole area.

She is warm and personable, and although one reviewer below did not appreciate her chattiness, I thought the conversation made for a pleasant experience. Elizabeth took her time with the extractions, explained the products and equipment she was using, and patiently answered my questions. Although my appointment was the last one of the evening, I did not feel rushed. Also, I am a cheapskate when it comes to skin care products, but Elizabeth's advice convinced me that I should ramp up my skin care efforts. It is too early to tell if my skin will improve in the long run, but my skin did feel noticeably smoother and clearer after the facial.

Which is fine, we all do that and should expect the most when paying top dollar for spa services. Miami Skin Boutique is definitely different from a spa where they crank out high priced luxury relaxation appointments all day. It is a place where you will find customized service from a very knowledgeable and veteran esthetician. Elizabeth has beautiful skin herself and knows how to give you beautiful skin, if you are ready to listen to and learn her knowledge. I wouldn't go here expecting what you have at other spas, not because you can't receive it (I'm sure they would listen to your desires for their service), but because you can receive something far more important in the long term... flawless glowing skin. I have now had 3 facials with Elizabeth and I see a noticeable difference in my skin. I'm due for another one now (I need to go about every 3 months to keep the same glow) and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Miami.

But what stood out the most was how when my daughter's ring got left behind, they offered to drop it off at our house before she left town again. That was really above and beyond! They earned 5 stars in my book, though if I could change anything it would be to have a bigger selection of regular polish (not gel) and to spruce the place up a bit with a good cleaning, some fresh plants, and spruced up decor.
