    Such a disappointment dealing with this agent and company. We took over an existing business and by…read moredefault went with Larry as the insurance agent. He is the absolute worst at handling business thoroughly. He doesn't return calls, or emails in a timely manner, and requires MULTIPLE reminders to even RESPOND to an initial email. My name on the policy has been spelled wrong for THREE years. Our corporation's name is also spelled incorrectly. I've requested our declaration 4 times and never received a response. Due to his lack of providing any type of customer service whatsoever, we decided to sign with State Farm whose agent is available ANYTIME we need him. Icing on the cake: I cancelled our workers compensation back in October and come to find out, to this day, we are still being charged even though he reassured me that we weren't. I went to cancel our entire policy two months again and I've never gotten A SINGLE RESPONSE from him!!!! Unbelievable! After spending 2+ hours on the phone with the Farmers Customer Service, they are now in the process of cancelling our entire policy. Farmers-get it together and get your agents on board to actually do their job!!!

    What the hell happened with these guys? I saw the good reviews so I decided to call to ask for a…read morequote. Even if they couldn't write me a policy, I at least wanted to discuss what my options were. Get some clarity on the very confusing insurance process you know? First I couldn't get through to anyone when I called. The receptionist or person who answered sent me to quotes dept like 5 times and no one would answer. They blamed it on "high volume" of customers or whatever. But how do you not have a process to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner? I can't wait 2 weeks to get a damn quote. I'll just go somewhere else. The person in quotes dept Sheryl was rude and had terrible customer service. She made up excuses about why they couldn't get back to me in time. I filled out their form online explaining what I wanted in my policy and a little of my situation. First I got this rude email (I think she wrote it) telling me they didn't want to talk to me and couldn't write me a policy. The email was short with very little explanation why. Then when I called AGAIN for the 6th time to finally get SOMEONE to talk to me, Sheryl rudely just refused to talk or listen to me, kept repeating over and over how they couldn't write me a policy and basically told me to go away. No solutions, no help, no suggestions on how to fix my situation. Look if you can't write me a policy, fine. I get it. But don't leave a customer twisting in the wind. At least take the time to answer my questions and give me suggestions on where I CAN get help. It's basic decency and politeness. Be warned everyone! Customer service at this place has gone very downhill recently. You're better off going elsewhere!
