I said ok, this was for the protection of your customers and staff but if there is going to be a fee I'll come in the answer was a simple "OK". 10 minutes passed and I received a call explaining they would be unable to do the treatment today because of covid and would be unable to do the treatment for 3 weeks. Very uneducated and unprofessional approach to something that should just be standard practice in today's terms. Isolation is 5 days or until you have a negative test. Not 21 days. It's sad that I have to write such a negative review on what was actually a good experience. But the lack of knowledge on basic things would make me question the overall sanitary side of things. And why for me, I'll have to look elsewhere.

After getting to know Kate for a while now, I decided to take her up on a facial skin cleaning (€44). For over an hour she removed all the pores and blackheads, moisturised and massaged my face and decolletage with Gigi products (from the Dead Sea). I'm a devoted Hollywood girl so trust me when I tell you I've never had a better experience or result than my very first sugar waxing! I have sensitive skin and have always lost patches of skin on my inner-thighs to waxing (even when I went for Lycon!) but the sugar treatment is very gentle as well as effective - I am as smooth as silk now with hardly any pain and no red patches of raw skin. The girls in Sugar and Spice Waxing are so friendly (special mention goes to Jenny!) and they always make you feel completely comfortable. The prices aren't bad either. The only thing I would say is be careful if your skin is in any way sensitive as I noticed a few red spots after the sugaring which I didn't get with other kinds of waxing. But I think my skin was just getting used to it because the second time I went there was nothing. All in all very highly recommended.
