She has a great imagination that makes my own idea that I tried and failed at work for me. She is also good at hair cuts, styles, and waxing. You should try her out. Michelle is not into the gossip like others I have encountered. She always asks how my family is and you can tell that she is sincere. A lot of my family trusts her with their hair and that is how I started going to her. She does inform me of different products that they have to offer but also understands that I'm on a budget and will give me honest answers about grocery store products as well that have similar qualities. The look of the salon is updated and trendy to give you the feel that you went to the best in Vernal. I love the way I feel after getting my hair done by Michelle. I always feel like a brand new woman.

I told her to go ahead and take the call because that made me nervous and I was NOT OK with it. She didnt take the hint and kept talking. When I got home I did realize the cut was bad, so I called her to let her know, very nicely by the way, and scheduled another appointment to have it corrected and a partial color on the rest of my hair. A few days later I received a text from her stating I was never happy and she couldnt make " my hair dreams" come true. The immaturity and unprofessionalism she showed was astounding to me. When a customer tells you something was not right, put on your big girl panties and do your job, not shun them. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I recently visited Ulta Beauty and was disappointed by the service I received. While the store has…read morea great selection of products, the attitude of the staff left much to be desired. Most visits to the store I ignore the attitude of the employees, but this last time was more than disappointing. I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, I felt ignored and unvalued as a customer. One employee in particular did not treat my sister with kindness, she was very judgemental, glared at us the entire time even when I walked in and smiled and said hi, and she was far from helpful. It was enough to make me not ever visit this store again. I hope this is not the standard of service at Ulta, as I've enjoyed shopping there in the past. Read the attitude of a person before you hire them. Better customer service training might help improve the experience for future shoppers.
