Established in 2003.

Der Benediktushof wurde ins Leben gerufen von dem Benediktinerpater und Zen-Meister Willigis Jäger, der bereits in den 60er Jahren als einer der ersten Pioniere die Brücke zwischen östlichen und westlichen Formen der Meditation und Achtsamkeit geschlagen hat. Der heute über 90jährige ist bekannt für eine Vielzahl von Publikationen, Vorträgen und Kursen.

Not only is he extremely knowledgable about Western medicine, he is also well versed in alternative treatments, which have been very successful and appreciated. He is very kind and welcoming, and I actually look forward to seeing him and his lovely staff. He goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I receive the treatments and medications I need and I've been more than satisfied with his recommendations and referrals.
