The order details specified the shipping address in Virginia to which the item was to be shipped. After several days I received no information from the company regarding the shipment status and tracking details. Upon contacting the company via both email and several phone calls, I was finally able to speak to a representative who stated that the ordered item was "unshippable" (not really a word, but this was the term used by the clerk). Nowhere during the online order process was there any information noting that the item could not be shipped. Upon requesting that the order be cancelled and email confirmation for the cancelled order, the representative claimed that only the manager could provide confirmation of a cancelled order via the email address that was provided with the order. If you are outside of the Evanston, Wyoming area I would avoid this retailer.
