I only wish I had made the switch a couple of years sooner. As a healthcare professional, I understand the ins and outs of TRT -- including protocols, potential side effects, and associated risks. From my very first appointment, I was impressed. I met Susan and we immediately connected, having both served in the Army and sharing similar experiences. Beyond that connection, it quickly became clear how knowledgeable and thoughtful she is as a provider. Susan took the time to discuss additional concerns I was experiencing and provided a referral to physical therapy. That referral ultimately led to the discovery of a more significant back issue that had been causing my symptoms. That single conversation set in motion the correct diagnosis and treatment plan -- and I'm now expected to make a full recovery. I can't recommend Susan highly enough, and the same goes for her entire staff. Every visit has been professional, welcoming, and efficient. I'm consistently treated with respect and genuine care. If you're considering TRT or need a trusted family provider who delivers knowledgeable, transparent, patient-centered care, I highly recommend Valor Medical.
