Clay was my PT, and I was impressed from the beginning. My first visit started with testing and an evaluation. From there I was given exercises for there and at home. I was supervised through all my exercises, and my progress was noticeable. I felt improvement in what I was working on throughout my time there. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. The staff was warm and supportive. While there I heard other PTs expressing care and compassion with their clients. Near the end of my time there, as I waited for my session to begin, another therapist greeted her client. The client said her doctor was pleased with her progress and physical therapy could be discontinued. She said to her therapist, that she was going to miss her time there. Knowing my PT was nearing an end, I felt the same way. I'm grateful for my time at Prompt and the care I received. If I need physical therapy again, I want it to be at Prompt.

They sent more than 10 mailings saying I owed money. After more than 20 phone calls with them and my ins co (3 way call), I proved I didn't owe money, but that they owed me $2.91. I also filed a complaint with the TN Atty General's Office for Consumer Affairs. So if you use this place, keep your records and receipts. They are relentless.

Phil, Jennifer and Haley have done their best to make PT a pleasure with their care, know-how and friendliness. Even the PT assistant, energetic and enthusiastic Jessica, adds her cheer to each session. Thought, meh, I'm first on the docket for the day, they haven't had enough coffee, and breakfast was a stale bagel but then a guy walked in about 5 minutes after me and he got a Hello, how are you? and some light chit chat. So did the couple that came in after him. Also, calling out to the therapist that their next appointment is here, over a loud speaker, had me thinking, for a moment, that I was in a fast food restaurant or a baseball game. Nope, I was in a doctor's office. My therapist was Whitney. She rocked! Friendly and kind and knowledgeable and patient not to mention respectful. I walked into my physical therapy appointment, for my foot, with a skirt on. Yes, I did. I did not wear my "yoga pants" on this date but should have. Whitney made sure I kept my dignity intact! After four treatments, I felt like myself again. Now we are four months into treatment and I am off of the prescription anti-inflammatory drugs, the nerve blockers, and the pain killers that have been a daily requirement for over a decade since my rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis. Even though I have always been health conscious, eating clean and exercising, this treatment has restored my quality of life. No more down days spent exhausted and laid out in pain.
