Originally I thought there would be a catch they come up with a free estimate and will find anything to say that there are termites on property but that was not the case," the guy was so honest and sincere about the property and he told me flat out, no termites no issues however he did offer me his services for future prevention, in which, I will consider since this is a great company! Unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name, I believe it was James who came out, but on the business card that he left, it says Ben Powers.
