We also needed a new crawl entrance created as well as some down spouts repaired. From the moment they sent Alyssa to look at the project and quote it out, things were nothing but professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. The prices are very, very fair. The project team leader Derek did an amazing job. Jason worked with him every day and was awesome as well. They arrived when they said they would. They worked hard all day and kept us abreast of everything that was going on often. This is THE most professional company we've had in our home so far. They completed the job quickly, properly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this company enough. You will not be sorry if you choose them!

The tech kept shooting down the ideas, saying nothing was feasible and it sounded like we had a skinny guy to do a job since we are working with tight spaces. The only things we weren't open to were wall paneling, but we were still interested in learning about what waterproofing and foundation repairs were available and what could best help us. Really disappointed since we've heard great things and other companies we've had out even recommended TBR.

My husband and I are first-time homeowners, so we got multiple quotes for basement waterproofing…read moreand sump pump installation--it's a significant investment, and we wanted to understand our options fully. RichOne was the first of five companies we consulted, and they immediately stood out. The representative (Richone himself) was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He walked our property, clearly explained how water and moisture enter homes, and outlined exactly what solutions would work best for us. Unlike other companies that said certain work couldn't be done, RichOne handled it all: exterior trenching, installing a proper barrier, sealing foundation issues, and carefully working around utilities. In our basement they set up a drainage system and installed the Sump Pump perfectly and the vapor barrier they installed doesn't detract from the natural brick! They even addressed our gutters to improve overall drainage. Everything was explained thoroughly from start to finish, and the process was educational and stress-free. We're thrilled with the quality of work and feel confident they've provided a permanent solution to protect our home. Highly recommend RichOne Waterproofing--we couldn't be happier!
