This place is a joke. After reading their ad offering a hearing test and a $20 Walmart gift card, I…read moremade an appointment and went in. I had to reschedule the first one, but when I came in the audiologist wouldn't give me a hearing test because he said I obviously already had a hearing loss. He spent an hour asking about my finances trying to find out if I could afford to buy their hearing aids. And after all that, he refused to give me the $20 Walmart gift card because he said it had expired since I changed my appointment. I called the Regional Manager about this, who promised me a gift card would be sent in the mail, but it never arrived. Despite numerous followup calls, it has been over a year, and I have never received the card. Avoid this place like the plague! Obviously their word means nothing and they're flying by the seat of their pants. I expect news of the company's bankruptcy filing anytime soon. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
