I was given a pc headset by accident but didbt realise til he had opened it on his birthday and was most dissapointed he couldnt use it. Took it back, explained the situation and they changed it with no trouble appologising profusely and gave me a £5 gift card for the inconvenience. Very good customer serviced in my opinion :-)

Everything is laid out in a logical order by genre and the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help you find what you're looking for. They can even tell you release dates and preorder books for you. The kids section is great, they are happy for kids to have a look at a book before you buy it and I've never had any trouble returning unwanted presents. Prices aren't cheap, but you can't compare specialist book shops to supermarkets really.
