We were looking for a physician for my grandmother when we moved here, and heard about Dr. Marciales. Since then (about three years ago), we've found him to be patient, caring, compassionate, competent, and extremely experienced caring for the elderly. He takes the time to discuss with both patient and family, and is always available and attentive. His staff is great as well. Last but not least, I should add that being a healthcare professional myself, this is not an easy review to get from me. Dr. Marciales is as good as it gets here in Bradenton.

Since money was always an issue for me, she went out of her way to give me samples or discount coupons on my prescription medications, when they were available. She also made sure to discuss every aspect of life with me that would affect my health; such as diet, stress, excercise, family history, and overall well being. She has also given me excellent referrals and worked with my insurance companies to make sure that my preventative care is covered. Sometimes her office staff and nurses can be pushy or rude, since she is in a shared office complex with other doctors.

I had some chest discomfort, and the tests showed My "Widow Maker" was 99%+ BLOCKED. He placed 4 heart stents. (No Heart Attack) In the last 2 years he has placed a number of stents in my legs and performed Laser Venous Ablation. I have NO MORE CRAMPS! In the Cath Lab at a local hospital a staff member told me that there are times when Dr Rivera "bails out" other Cardio-Vascular professionals when they are faced with situations, they didn't have the finesse to navigate, thus saving some patients from Open Heart Surgery!
