When l messaged them it always took days to weeks before hearing back from them. Then their late short irrelevant replies not addressing the concerns raised in my messages would come 3/4am on a Saturday morning. They are frauds like most of the 'freelancer developers' running about ripping off people, and can't provide any of what they promise. They sent me a written agreement after my having to chase them for days after l paid my deposit, and then they sent a document with no time frame and a payment structure different to the one discussed in our zoom meetings before l paid them. I'm currently trying to get my money back which they bluntly refused to pay, even though they have nothing but one single mock up page to show for it.
