You will see that they use a London address and phone number and the team use British-sounding names. But they are all Bulgarians, registered and based in Bulgaria. I learnt this only several months after hiring them and being given what they described as a "project manager". This individual's team did a small amount of bad, unsafe work to our property and then ceased work altogether. At this point Pronto revealed that my contract was with him and not them, and refused to give me even a partial refund. They now described him simply as a contractor who used their marketing services, even though his company and theirs use the same address. Pronto are very skilled marketeers and I don't doubt that they will have a response to this review. When I dealt with them they had an answer to everything as well. Believing in them ultimately cost me three months of my life and tens of thousands of pounds.
