I inquired information and an appointment for wedding services in January. I only had questions at this point but on April 3rd I reach out to schedule a trial session and took until May 9th to get me on the books because Natalie was waiting for her schedule to be confirmed and said she would reach out in 2 weeks. After more than 2 weeks I messaged her because clearly she forgot. We scheduled for Saturday July 22nd on May 9th and I even confirmed on May 10th that I could officially place it in my calendar, which was confirmed with a "Yes!" On the Thursday's before the trial I had to message to confirm the location, type of payment accepted and had a few other questions I had. All of which were ignored and a message of needing to reschedule was sent instead and explaining she had tried to work it out but can't. None of which was ever explained to me or I would have reschedule before booking the hotel, or at least before the cancellation time frame was passed. I reply that was not okay. I live 3.5 hours away and already had a hotel booked in which was too late to cancel. She then got back to me Friday morning saying she could get me in at 5. By this time I was already in the car, had product in my hair and figured I will still give her a chance. It is July busy wedding season. I arrive around 5:30 due to unexpected traffic. The place is small. No sink to wash my hair, no AC and just not what I expected. I explained what I wanted and Natalie and the makeup artist get started. My hair was not what I asked for. I asked for a blowout style and I want a tad bit pulled back for a vail. She gave me the most basic wedding style ever. Not a blowout style with super loose curls. My hair had products in it because when I woke up and got ready I didn't know I would be getting the trail that day. My makeup was fine. No issues with that lady. The worst was Natalie left after rushing my hair. She had personal things to do. And she emailed me a contract with incorrect information. So she either still wasn't listening or didn't want my business. I paid the $300 for the trail and left with no plans to ever return. I got a text from Natalie asking how my hair and makeup wore the rest of the evening and when I had time to respectfully reply I did so explaining how unprofessional, disrespectful and horrible the experience was. I would not recommend Natalie and her business to other. The makeup artist was very nice and I would hire her but not while working under Natalie. read more

I initially contacted Natalie for my October 2020 wedding, but we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding to September 2021. Natalie was so amazing and moved our deposit to our new wedding date without penalties. Natalie was flexible with the addition/removal of family members and bridesmaids adding/changing services, and she provided us with a detailed schedule for the wedding day which really helped me! Our MUA for the day was Tania, and wow. She is the energy you need for your wedding day. I felt so calm and comfortable, like my best friend was doing my make-up, and she made me feel so confident! The face and eye make-up was tested when my mom and I teared up over my wedding bouquet, and our make-up didn't smudge at all! She honestly couldn't have done a better job on my wedding make-up. She made all of my bridesmaids feel incredible all day long with perfect make-up that didn't look cakey, and didn't budge. We still talk about how amazing we felt that day, and I would love for her to be my everyday make-up artist. We had Kristen come help with one of the girls to make sure we stayed on track, and she did an amazing job as well! Rena did all of our hair and made everyone feel even more beautiful. More than that, she really kept me on track and eased my stress. I was going to let another girl go ahead of me for hair because I was antsy and didn't feel like sitting. After going back and forth about it, she reminded me that the photographer was going to be coming soon and it would probably be good to get started. I hopped right in the chair and it was absolutely the right decision. My photographer came and was...not prepared, to put it lightly... Rena quickly consoled me and confirmed that the photographer messed up, not me. She was another calming presence I didn't know I was going to need on my wedding day, and I am so glad she was there! Renee at Belizzimo Beauty did my HMU bridal trial as well as HMU for my mom and I on my wedding day. She was so attentive and pleasant both times, making sure we were satisfied every step of the way. The studio where I had my trial was bright and pristine. She took measures to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety; I felt very comfortable in her hands.
