This is a steady good salon, that did a good job with no frills. I had a mani pedi with just plain polish for $50. Nail techs were a man and a woman, possibly married couple, who were courteous. No catty drama and talking behind the clients backs, it was a calm little place. Cool ultrasound device used to trim back cuticles (mine were awful when I went in) was painless and used in addition to the clippers. Less chance of nicks and bleeding. I understand the salon has been sold since the original owner claimed this business on Yelp, so the current owner and staff cannot comment or claim this business properly. read more

I came in with 2 others and, while my sister and daughter were taken care of, my feet were left in stale water and no one checked in on me. 2 people that came in after me were seated and serviced before me. My sister and I are here on travel. We decided to try the highly recommended BELLE NAIL SPA. This is not the new generation mega nail spa that is out there but we surely got the wonderful personal service!!! The salon has very clean ventilation and sanitation. They used all packaged tools which made us very comfortable about not getting infections. After 2 pedicures and 2 shellac Hans sets. Us sisters would have to give this friendly place 5 rating. Terrible customer service. I called and made an appointment to get a pedicure here, the lady on the other end took my name and told me to come right in as I was only 4 minutes away from the salon and I would be serviced. I walked in, I wasn't greeted, however I signed in and had a seat. Time went on and ten minutes passed and still no one has said a single word to me... shortly after another woman (Caucasian in race) walked in was greeted even the man working stopped what he was doing and went to the back. He had prepare her a whole chair to be serviced in and blatantly looked over me. When I (African American in race) finally said something, I was ignored. I politely left the salon. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever get service here after the way I was treated, disregarded, and blatantly disrespected. If I could rate them a negative star I most certainly would. Expected 5 stars after seeing reviews on pedicures. When she said she was done I looked at my toes. They were sloppy with polish on the cuticles and skin on 8 of my 10 toes. She corrected it with nail polish remover, but it took a couple of more prompts to show her the issue so she would correct them all. This place is the WORST! I'd rate this salon with 0 stars if I could. I've been going there for years and never had a problem until yesterday. "Vivian" did my nails (dip service) French manicure and they were horrible. Lumpy, thick and the smile lines on the French were thick and uneven. She did a horrible job and I asked her 3 times during the service to stop and to remove the product. She wouldn't honor my request and kept going. I paid $50 for a service that I could have done myself, and done a better job too. I went back today to get a refund that was promised to me from the manager, "Tina" who has absolutely no authority to do anything as it turns out. I was given the run around and finally given a business card with the owners name "Kevin". Nothing was done to make it right. I didn't want them to fix my nails, I wanted a refund on the service which wasn't honored. I was verbally assulted by a man that works there as well. He did a pedicure on my cousin, who i brought with me yesterday. Her service costed $65 (that included the tip) and they charged her card $72. He was yelling at me in regards to her service and the price discrepancy on her credit card. I'm so disgusted by the treatment we got from the nail techs at belle nails. I will never go back there again. I've sent a lot of friends and family there, but after this experience I'll be sure to tell them to stop going here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in and asked for a mani pedi...the lady filled my bath with ice cold water, when I said "this water is too cold for me" she told me to put my feet in anyway and wait. When I said I'll just wait she came over shoved my feet in the tub and turned on scolding hot water on my feet and asked " Is that better?" I requested a different nail tech obviously....all the while my 8 year old son begged to come with me so he could sit in the massage chairs. As he was sitting next to me in one of there 10 empty chairs, another lady comes up and shuts off the massage and says " you can sit there but you cannot use the massage. " While this is happening another tech is just watching mortified by her fellow coworkers and my son just starts to tear up. I asked this other lady " can I pay for him to use the massage feature?" She asks the owner and comes back and says " she won't answer me I'm so sorry ma'am..." This took 45 minutes it is now 45 minutes before close of any other salons in the area. Thank goodness I called one and they gladly took us massage chair and all jam packed with people. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Im never one to write reviews. ESPECIALLY negative ones, because I work in customer service... but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Our party made a reservation WEEKS in advanced and when we came in they acted like they were not expecting us and on top of that were rude to all of us. I had both a mani and pedi done. so far nothing seems wrong with the pedi BUT I WISH I could post photos of my nails!! they have crack lines ALL over each and every nail!! I just had them done YESTERDAY!! Also one of the girls I was with went into their restroom and they have a sign that states "do not throw toilet paper in the toilet." so they have an open large bucket to throw USED TOILET PAPER into, in the restroom! very unsanitary!!
