And at the end was rubbing off me Johnson baby (not massage!) oil with a paper towel. She even didn't bother to leave the room when I was undressing & dressing up. She delivers a very firm massage, exactly what I aksd for, with some traditional Thai stretches towards the end. I have seen Sophie (I think) once. She is young and delivers a lighter massage but non the less very good. Recently I have seen Kim. Again an excellent massage. Went to work on my feet. On the borderline if painful at the time but I can't tell you how good it felt when I walked out ! Kim will be leaving soon and starting in her own in Liphook (75 Chiltlee Manor Estate) and I will be paying her a visit, when able. I believe I literally floated down Bedford Place on the way back to the carpark. I highly recommend the lymph drainage and reflexology. The massage therapists are all very lovely and sweet. Very gentle, patient and listen well to any concerns.

The room is beautiful and a really great atmosphere is created, very relaxing and comfortable. I had a neck and shoulder massage as I have suffered with neck ache for a long time, I can honestly say the results are amazing. Sukanya was very professional and explained what she was doing during the 30 minute appointment. I had booked for an hour, but Sukanya was very fair in telling me maybe that was too much for me due to the condition of my neck and shoulder blades. I'm sure there are many places that just would have stretched out the appointment for an hour and taken the money, I feel that was great customer service! She was honest in telling me it would be painful as the knots in my shoulder and neck were very large. It did hurt during the massage a little, and the next day I felt like I had been at the gym. But following that, it's the best my neck has felt in years, honestly the movement in my neck and general feeing was great, and beyond my expectation. and I have booked my second appointment for next week. Overall, a great and comfortable environment, with a very polite, knowledgable expert. I think many people say they are great at massage, but Sukanya genuinely is. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

During the actual pedicure he didn't appear to look at the foot whilst scrubbing it - certainly not the underside / back of the foot - and when filing he used a back and forth motion, I thought you were only supposed to file in one direction to reduce risk of cracking? He was quite rough and jerky when using the clippers to cut my nails as well. He asks you to remove your shoes in the hallway - there is no bench or chair to sit on in the hallway. This was my first pedicure - and not a great experience. I was running a little late - so agreed to just the pedicure (I had booked manicure & pedicure) which only consisted of: Shape/trim of nails, filing and buffering - without paint or polish! Soak and cleanse in traditional hot water pan. Removal of hard skin with various tools. Cuticle retraction, nipping, buffering and oiling - for clear nail edges, strengthening and a healthy shine. Optional waxing to remove unsightly hair. The following things listed on the website were not offered: Choice of hand and foot scrubs to slough off dead skin and leave fresh younger skin. Hydration to nourish and soften skin with replenishing anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids. Massage with essential oils to relax and ease muscles. Option to extend to full massage.
