I have never been disappointed in any of the treatments, come away feeling very relaxed, but refreshed. There are quite a few treatments to decide from & must admit I find it extremly difficult to decide which to go for, especially if there are no offers of interest to me as this sometimes aids me in the overall decision what to have. When my other half purchases a gift voucher for me, nine times out ten I use it right before it runs out, as I cannot make my mind up. Highly recommend you check out the website, followed by a booking you will not be disappointed & will make it a regular occurance once you have been. She was friendly, However I walked out of there with a BURN on my upper lip from wax which was too hot (I don't have sensitive skin either) and my brows were were completely UNEVEN to look at...still, I went back a 2nd time a 2 months later as the location was really convenient for me and again v disappointing eyebrow waxing (from another employee). The shaping was non-existent and worse, I had to WAIT 15 minutes (and I was in a hurry). I have thick brows and after the last debacle I had allowed them to grow back, so I would have though shaping would not be a challenge. Seemingly not so. So I am afraid, I won't be back (at least for waxing.) The location(s) - there's another spin off salon 'The Petite Retreat - are very convenient, and the staff are polite and welcoming. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Getting an appointment at the last minute is difficult, so this is a popular business, apparently. [Perhaps I was just unlucky twice..?] I might go there for nails, or facials in the future, but no thank you for brow shaping or facial hair removal.
