I've really enjoyed my experiences at the Rapid City Public Library. I take my daughter to the…read morestorytime on Thursdays, and then we play games together and look at the birds in the children's area. She loves books, and always gets excited to ride the elevator up to the floor where she knows they keep the toys and tot bags. I also LOVE that you can check out your books yourself and do so much stuff on-line, like renew your items and place your own loan requests if something's not available at the time. When I've needed help, there's always been someone helpful close at hand, and when my daughter starts running around and getting obnoxious, no one makes me feel like it's the end of the world.
