We visited another Catholic Church as we continue our pilgrimage to visit a different one nearly every month in the Cincinnati area. I have heard wonderful things about this church, but to also not to expect one of the beautiful old churches. It's true that it is newer (built in 1962) and it shows, but it's a nice church with many activities and ways of getting involved. Today happened to be part of family week-end, so it was filled to the brim. Was a little surprised to find out that our pews were not attached to the floor so that when you sat down or used the kneeler you could definitely feel movement. The musicians/singers there were very talented and added a lot. Trying to figure out which direction to head for communion and how to return to your seats was a bit confusing. I followed my friend on one side of me in one direction and my husband on my other side headed a different way. Any little differences like that were made up for by all that this church offers. It made me wish that I lived closer to it. read more
