This company did an excellent job at a time when stress was high and we needed their services on very particular days. The owner gave us a price, that's what he charged, we paid at the end of the job, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. And they even CLEANED UP so we'd never know they were here except for the stunning new paint on the walls. We are thrilled with the job they did. We have a room with a recessed ceiling tray that I could not figure out how to paint, and the lead painter suggested a way to do it that was obviously a great deal more work for him. It looks fabulous. We are so grateful and can't wait to get some more rooms done!

She was able to fit us into a gap a couple days later and our dream home was transformed from this ugly yellow color to the bright white we always wanted! Highly recommend!!!!

I asked the painters how long they'd need to be staying, after their ladders showed little regard for the tree providing the van's shade, and responses from the dreadlocked white guy in charge were rude and hostile. "I'll stay as long as I like." OK, legally your right, buddy. I like my neighbor, and I hope he does a good job painting her house, but I won't be using or recommending this company anytime soon. Seriously, I love supporting local business, but it's not that tough to accommodate the neighborhood you're working in.

We hired Ken to paint the interior of a house we purchased that had scuffs, anchor damage, and…read moreother undesirables strewn about the premises, and him and his team restored the interior to "brand new" condition within 4 days. We requested several quotes via Yelp and got a wide range of availabilities and responses back. While some competitors were offering a cheaper bid, they also recommended techniques (spraying) which we felt were riskier to the new flooring. Ken's bid was the most expensive, but his earnestness and professionalism compelled us to go with him. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ken and Rob's work. Right when we closed on the home, Ken came in and did prep work that same day. The team spent 4 days covering the entire house in a color of our selection, designed to brighten up the home and make it feel bigger. While Ken made several trips to grab more paint and supplies, we were never charged more than our quoted price. Near the end of the job, Ken offered us painters tape to mark any spots that we wanted him to take another look at. We could tell he took pride in his work and loved what he did. Each time I stopped in to check on them, they were always hard at brush work (listening to quite the selection of music). Ken even pointed out spots that he wanted to personally take care of, even though we never asked for that - he is just that interested in customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ken to folks in the future. His price was fair for the quality of work, and he was professional through and through.

Positive Painting Pros / Dusty Reid / 303.570.1566 - Personal Testimonial:…read more SCORE! 15 out of 10 stars! I just had the interior of my house painted, and can't tell you what a pleasure it was doing business with Dusty Reid (owner & CEO), Caesar and the team. The attention to detail, final product, work and walk through after the job is done and were impeccable. These are people who care about the quality of their work and your customer experience. They provide so many types and quality of paint, based on your budget and preferences. The quote was completely fair and professionally itemized, printed and executed, vs handwritten with lots of stipulations (NICE). Exception management was also impeccable; I was having trouble finding a baseboard color that matched. Dusty and Positive Painting Pros bought and tried a couple - and then took a chip from the basement to Guiry's to paint match it - at no extra charge. They noticed and made recommendations to save me money to get straight lines on high ceilings over stairs that had been painted years ago. Dusty's decades of previous professional experience setting up trade show booths up for HP (who has exacting standards for employees, and is a complex job, having experience with huge trade shows) shows in his professionalism. I met Dusty when he came to my door noting some exterior paint problems (I was more interested in the interior for now, although I've seen beautiful pics of his clients' exteriors), since he is working to build his business. While I have bounced many door solicitors, I have had exceptionally good luck with some, since I can meet them in person, and get a sense of their professionalism, character, technical knowledge and whether they are looking to support my objectives or upsell me. I have great respect for a business owner building their business by personally introducing themselves. Plus newer businesses are so motivated to please customers vs big companies who go through contractors like potato chips. One of the nicest things about Dusty (and his team) is that given his proud enterprise corporate experience at HP, he is so humble. Also, I chose to have my house painted while I was out of town, gave them my garage code, and had nothing to worry about. My home was treated with complete respect and remained secure. We had a tight two week move-in schedule and Carl whipped out his mobile calendar and found a few days the following week to get us in. The crew (one of whom was his son) was very professional, clear, clean, and diligent. Absolutely no drips or smudge marks and very clean lines between our gray walls and white ceilings. At the end of each day they tidied up their things into one spot. They skipped a day due to weather and still got done ahead of schedule. At the end, Carl came by to check in and both he and his son offered us some tips and techniques on painting the upstairs ourselves which saved us time and money on materials. We paid the remaining balance at this point. High quality, decent prices - would recommend to anyone needing an interior paint job!
