Bella Terra Landscapes provided approximately $20,000 in landscaping services to our property. Cindy provided a well thought out drawing and brake down of labor and materials. The men showed up at an agreed time and worked diligently until the project was completed . The problems started when some of the plants and trees became diseased and started dying. After less than a year a $500 magnolia tree started losing all its leaves Cindy came to our home to look at the tree and said that see would get back to us but never did ! Bella Terra also planted five Skip Laurel for $800 and they started dropping leaves in less than a year and I asked Cindy to check on them and she stated that she didn't know what the problem was and that I should contact a tree company to determine what the problem was ! I was able to figure the problem out on my own after which I determined the problem was shot hole disease. I'm writing this review because we are not the only ones in the Spring Creek community that have used Bella Terra and have had the same problems with them standing behind their workmanship. I'm sure that if contacted Bella Terra would falsely claim that we did follow their after planting instructions which couldn't be further from the truth because I went above and beyond the instructions that were given to me.
