It is quiet, clean, and safe, which is very important to me since I worked most of time at home. I like the high-ceiling living room and large windows. It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter, so it costed me much less in utilities than previous apartment. My apartment unit is in good condition, I didn't have to bother the managers at all. The weight rooms have minimum equipment, and some of the machines, like the spin bicycle, need to be replaced. There are televisions there to watch while you work out. The pools are nice. Waterfalls are lovely, pools have depth just under five feet and are closed for cleaning every Monday. Pool areas are locked so that young children don't accidentally wander in and/or have an accident. Garages and covered parking are offered for an extra fee. My only concern is that the water is not filtered enough. The smell of mold build up happens often, and the toilets and showers show build ups of other properties-not sure what these are.
