Worst nail salon. Got a gel mani/ regular pedi. Quoted one price walking in the door charged more at exit. Pedi was substandard but I'm not that picky. Gel mani ridiculous. Had to keep asking for nails to be filed correctly not crooked and sharp. Polish was lumpy. Actual gel coat started coming off when I got home. Have never had such a bad experience. Biggest waste of money and time. Will never go back!!! read more

5 star treatment @Bella Nails today. I had a mani-pedi off the menu but I never expected that a "basic" treatment was going to be so far from basic. Scrubs and hot stone and blended creams all at one time. Oh, and the massaging that took me to la la land. It was a 5 start treatment in a salon that was beautiful and calm and friendly. if i could select 0 stars, i would. this place is horrible. waited over an hour when i had an appointment. the lady cut me, made me bleed, my finger got infected, the colored turned weird color after 1 day, & then they are telling me i am lying after i told them i have pictures to prove it with time stamps. it was so horrible. they put liquid bandaid on my finger to cover the blood and asked if i started bleeding after washing my hands, as if it wasn't the nail file machine she just used. she used the nail file machine so close to my skin that my actually burned my nail & it snapped. my body shivered because it hurt so badly. so disrespectful they are not trying to make it right. absolutely wrong of them to injure someone like that & try to blame it on them. read more

Not a great experience. The guy who did my nails cut my skin when he was filing one of my nails and tried to gyp me when I paid. I'm not sure if he genuinely did not understand me or what. Made an appointment for three gel pedicures and the third person in our party was started at least 30 minutes after the first two. And the pedicures were very mediocre, was poked multiple times by the tools during the pedicure and the final product looked nothing like the example. Highly disappointed and expected much more for the $38 price tag. If you're looking for a good pedicure, skip this place. read more

I went in on Sunday May 7th paid $50 to get the SNS gel done ( they said they would last AND strengthen my nails). today is Wednesday May 10th and they are already lifting. I should also mention that for $50 they didn't even touch my cuticles or put lotion on. I don't expect my nails to last a month BUT 2 weeks isn't asking for much!! So pissed. One of the nicer nail salons in the valley that is affordable. Mani/Pedi runs you about $37 but if you get gel polish you will be paying and extra $20. Now I think it is a little pricey for an add on for gel polish, but overall I like it. There is a new young lady there. Her name is Tania. Rated 3 for mediocre experience. I did a walk in for a pedicure, the water was lukewarm at best, but the tech did redraw the tub with warmer when I asked her to. I paid the few extra bucks for callus remover and she scraped everywhere but on the one callus point I have on my foot. That was disappointing. The hot stones and towels lost all the heat before they got to my second foot. I asked her not to cut my nails and then all of them were cut. Lastly I chose a dark color and I'm fairly certain that she only did one coat of polish, so it wasn't the best it could have looked. There was a large group who came in as she was applying the color, so after she put on the color coat she put my shoes on and THEN did the top coat. That seemed a tad rude personally. Overall I'm certainly not impressed, but my toes have color and are better somewhat better shape than when I came in. I'd probably be more upset by the service if I had high expectations but I came in not expecting greatness. Just dropped in. read more

Anyone that has ever had eyelash extensions knows it is NOT supposed to be a painful process, it's actually very relaxing, sometimes I barely even feel them touching my eyelashes. This time however, let's' just say my eyes are still burning 6 hours later.... Let's start from the beginning,.... I called them and was very grateful that they gave me an appointment same day about 2 hours later. Normally, at eyelash extension salons when you go in the first time they'll ask you what you want, some of the higher end ones will even give you a consent form to sign and will keep a record of what they did for you. So I go into the room today and the lady immediately goes "lie down", and I try to explain to her what I want as I'm lying down and again she goes "lie down", so I do. Here's where the ridiculous starts... normally, they have a tray or a table where they keep their stuff, but nooo this place puts the eyelashes and a little piece of foil with glue on it ON YOUR FOREHEAD for easy access as she's working. Then she starts to forcibly pull my eyelids apart, so I ask her "do you want me to keep my eyes open?", "no, keep closed". Okay... I close, and she starts taking the lashes off my forehead and glueing and my eyes are burning! And every time I told her she would use a Q-tip to clean around my eye and at some point I swear she was scratching my eyeball with the Q-tip. She was being sooo rough with pulling my eyelids apart and they would CONSTANTLY stick to my bottom lashes and she would use tweezers to PULL them apart. I was in soo much pain there was a river of tears going off the sides of my face. To top it off every time I tried to wipe my tears she would SHOVE my hand aside. Other places ask you if you're okay even if you flinch, but she kept shoving my hand aside. I literally felt like I was being tortured and she did not care. At some point she even said "it's because you move, they stick...". UMMM no, it's because you didn't put tape on the bottom and you're poking my eyes out. Can't speak about the other employees, but she had zero customer service/manners/skills. Definitely would NOT recommend. read more

This is the first time I ever got my nails done at Bella Nails and it was definitely an enjoyable experience. Their prices are also very reasonable in comparison to other nail salons and they are just as good, if not better. I felt very comfortable in this store because the nail artist working with me was very friendly, patient and understanding. She took the time to help me choose a certain nail design and although I was extremely picky, she continued to express a cheerful demeanor. She also took the time to converse with me which shows how kindly the staff values and treats their customers. 10/10 I recommend going to Bella Nails to get your nails done. Kelly, the owner, is very disorganized and makes appointments and is unable to respect the time and the nail tech for the person who was requested. I asked and called twice that my mani/pedi would be at the same time and it was very difficult for the appointments to even follow each other close in time. Additionally and more important, Kelly is very rough and too fast for a client to be able to relax. She seems to do too many things at once. However, Michelle and Andy are terrific and very competent, gentle and sweet. Their mani/pedis are great and I would recommend them without hesitation. The shop appears to be clean. read more

My friend and I tried Bella Nails after finding it on Yelp. The salon was clean, all the staff were friendly, even the customers were nice. You could tell the regulars were appreciated and taken good care of and that they enjoyed this salon. I had the basic pedicure that came with the hot stones and a massage which was wonderful. My friend was visiting from Austria and was very disappointed with the manicure she had gotten at another local salon and came to Bella to get it redone. I took my daughter here for her first pedicure. She had a blast! We got there early and were the first customers. They sat us right down. Tommy made my daughter feel pampered and special, which was the whole purpose of going. She's been showing her cute toes off to the world. I think we have a pedicure convert. I'll definitely come back, the salon was clean and bright with gorgeous views and relaxing massage chairs. My toes still look great, almost a week later.
