My usual place was booked for Bio Gel Nails so I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately the gentleman who did my nails left my nails looking sloppy. The almond shape I typically get was not done correctly (way too pointy for my liking). The base coat was 1 layer only and my nails look cracked. The French tip I asked for looks horrible as well. I would not recommend this place. I was super disappointed especially after paying $56

I recently tried this place out! I was seen by Quhyuen(sp) my first time for a dark red, vampy hard gel refill. My latest appointment was with An F for a cute little playful Halloween set. Both techs were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in applying the builder gel, shaping the nails properly and cleaning up the cuticles-- all incredibly important details before the base color even gets laid. Both were incredible with their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was happy with the length, shape, colors and designs. I already even recommended a friend and she had a great experience with Tom as well! :)

Came in a little hesitant since I hadn't gone to a nail salon in about four years--I've always gone to a home-based nail tech. From the moment I walked in, I was treated so well and felt completely comfortable. The staff was kind, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. Went in for a mani pedi and honestly for $69 plus tip the work was below standard. They did great with customer service but the work itself was very sloppy. I flew in for a wedding as a guest do this will do for a one day event but definitely not worth it. Again, people are nice, but the service rendered and outcome lacks technique.

The first time I came here they did and okay job, but this time was not it at all. How is the nail lady Mari gonna ask me if I want her to cut down my toe nails and when I tell her a little she proceeds to cut them down to the skin?! Not just that but she doesn't even pay attention. I asked her something and she just be staring out the door like hello??? Even her male co-worker laughed because she seems like one of those older ladies that be nosey.

When you get here you're greeted with a "hi .. what do you need?" That's pretty much it for the talking. Not very friendly but perhaps it's the language barrier. Which is fine just no welcoming feeling. Oh shucks ... I just need to do my own nails. I thought I would treat myself but I get too germaphobe all up everywhere! I hate hate hate seeing used nail files be used on me. Ummm fungus. I really dislike the same unclean tools being used on me too. More fungus and then the same brush perhaps athlete's foot. Alright ... alright, I will calm down. I just hope I don't get anything. This place was not sanitized and they put plastic over the Jets. I didn't see anyone spray anything down. I need to just stay home in my bubble, I see germs everywhere I go. Hahaha! Place just isn't the cleanest. I also choose the cheapest option as I don't like all the scrapping and what not.

Im still here getting my pedicure and couldn't wait to share! Mari doing such an awesome job! She has great attention to detail and cleanliness! I love my pedicure with her! She is very kind and thoughtful! Even to put a big fluffy warm towel over my lap and made sure water was warm to my satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They're not sanitary. I saw one of the workers giving a pedi use the same scrub they used on one customer on her next two. Gross. What place yells at their employees in front of their customers. Thai and Ken were like going at it yelling back and forth. And then two other workers yelled at a customer because she has an appointment and I guess they took too long and they yelled at her! I also had an appointment at 10 with Ken for a pedi. Didn't get seated until 11:15. It's 1:17 and I'm barely getting home. My sister went to get her nails done, she took a simple a simple picture of nails she wanted and the lady said she couldn't do it. She tried about 3 times on three different fingers and ended up having to take off the nails and re do them all over again. My sisters nails now look too thick and dry and glue everywhere. It really sucks because it's been by far the worst nail place that she had been to. I used to Love coming here but the place just got very bad. read more

Went in for the third time to get a gel manicure. The following day one nail chipped and I could not go back to get it fixed. Seven days later two additional nails started to chip so I called and went in to get the 3 nails fixed. Getting those three nails fixed was quick but I didn't like the way I was treated by the manicurist Nena. As soon as I got home an additional two nails chipped. I haven't had the manicure for two weeks and I've had five nails Chip. Other two manicures did not ship after three weeks and I did not do anything different this time. I am very disappointed I will not be going back. 6/14/19 Decided to give them a try again to see if they had improved. After 9 days my gel manicure started peeling. Definitely will never go back. Very bad customer service and poor quality work and materials. read more

Nice and clean facility! Tammy gave me a pedicure and a relaxing foot massage. Nice after a long run. She's very nice and sweet. She did a fantastic job on the flower on my toes. And the massage chairs will make you melt... Aaaaah.... Will def come back! Although, kinda sucks that they charge $1 for using a credit/debit card. There's a sign they give a discount for cash payers :) read more

I don't understand why after calling and being told that they have room for the services i need immediately, I would arrive to find that I actually have to wait an hour for the second half of my service to begin. And of course, thanks to language barriers as well as plain carelessness, nobody explains anything. It's so infuriating. And then of course when what's her face finally rushes thru my fill, she uses some old sticky top coat that leaves streaks and looks like it was done with a paint brush. Needless to say, I won't return unless i have oodles of time. And i will have to be extra picky and directive! I advise u do the same. On the up side, the place is neat and spacious if u wanna go with a group or something. read more

Haven't been here after while went and got a pedicure with my sister in law didn't like how they were talking in a different language about how I didn't want a manicure and that I changed my mind when I've never said I wanted a manicure, and for them to continue to ask three times by three different people. Or how they keep repeating what I said in Vietnamese or how they quick to make random comments. Other than that it was ok. read more

Bella's is a first class establishment that means business! From the time I walked in the door, I felt the warmth and friendliness. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Decorated beautifully, very clean and the soft music playing in the background put me in a zen-like trance of total tranquility. Felt like a Ultra High End Salon. Lots of parking and the shopping center was easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend and most certainly will return. I plan on being a long time customer! read more

I'm very picky with my nails & since moving to Ventura County have not been able to find a place that I can honestly say I would be going back to until today! Told the girl at station #7 (didn't catch her name) exactly what I wanted & didn't want my nails to end up looking like at the end, & she did everything I asked her too! My office just moved and I searched yelp for a good nail salon. So happy I found one. This place is great! super clean which is extremely important to me and friendly. Ken did a great job on my pedicure and is a great foot massager not just a good foot massager. I have been going to Thai since he worked at OPI, Thai is great at what HE does but the service at this salon is awful. If you are going to come here be prepare to wait forever. They will sit you down on a pedicure station to make you think they are about to help you and have you sitting for 40min. before anyone actually comes to help you. Left with my pedicure today after an hour of waiting after I had already came back since they told me to come back in half hour. I left without the simple gel manicure I requested after running out of time and watching them help two others that came after me. Very disappointed. So many years of customer loyalty and this is the service provided. Thank goodness it's not the only good nail place in town. Done with Bella Nails read more

This has been my go to spot for a while, my girl Aiden always gets me in quick and does an Amazing job! Sometimes I go in with no idea on what I want so I just let her do whatever she's feeling and she never let's me down! I have been to a lot of nail salons in hopes of finding someone who can do a decent set. I feel a lot of salons are not as creative and you need a fill in a week. Thank goodness for Aiden she is amazing. So gifted and creative. We have such fun conversations and at the end I go home with a beautiful set of nails !!!!! read more

I came here for a much needed mani/pedi on a Friday afternoon. When I arrived around 3:30 PM, it was pretty empty, but by the time I left around 5 PM, it was packed! I enjoyed the service and friendliness of the employees. I also looked around and saw some really cool designs being done, so I think I will try one next time! Pretty reasonably priced. The only thing I wanted was more of a foot massage, I upgraded to the deluxe pedi, but didn't get much of a foot massage. Otherwise, it was great and I will be back! read more

I went in yesterday and showed them a picture of what I wanted and was told no problem and made an appointment for today, I showed the guy what I wanted at my appointment and he told me he couldn't do it. So I found another design and he told me yes he could do it, so he removed my nails and put a new set on and started putting the powder on which wasn't even close to the color I wanted, I should of walked then, long story short my nails look awful and I will never go back there. read more

I went in today and asked for a full set as the lady started doing the process of applying acrylic my fingers start feeling it and tingling I mentioned it to her and she quickly applied something on it I wasn't sure what it was as she was filing I noticed my thumb was crooked and I told her I didn't like it she goes on talking in her language and ignored me she was awfully rude! read more

Scheduled an appoint for a pedicure @ 5:15. It is 7:05 she still can't finish. And my toe look hideous!!!! She did an acrylic overlay. I want to cry it looks so bad the left foot is my all natural nail on the big toe. The right foot big toe is her aweful work. And I paid for it. NEVER COMING BACK!!! HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER come back to this nail salon. Ladies please stay away from here. I called and kindly asked to please change my nail color and the "manager" Tina was rude and did not want to repaint my nails. She stated "too much work" for gel, after I still paid for my mani/pedi and gave her a tip! No matter what I said and requested to speak to Thai who is the real manager they were unable to help me. How does a "manager" expect to have customers return if they are unwilling to satisfy their paying customers. P.S. I did not want to give them a star! read more

I decided to give this place another shot. This time they got me in right away for a pedicure, but they started to get busy and so the freak out begin. They need more people because omgee they get busy and it's a like they are deer on headlights!!! They freak out give you attitude it took them from 2pm -450pm to do my toes and nails. They did a good job but 3 hrs it's crazy, I never expected to be there for that long... get it together... well i hope this helps.. I ain't going there again.. read more

Nothing less than 5 Stars for Bella Nails; Thai, Ken, Marie and the entire staff is just top notch! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with genuine friendliness and warmth. I've been going to Bella Nails since they opened in December and have been loyal since. Their work is just as beautiful as their salon. It is always so clean, the music is so relaxing and the flowers all around are just beautiful. Thai is always looking for the next best thing! He makes sure you leave with the best set of nails in town. What is also so wonderful is the time taken to see if there is an event you will be attending to possibly give you a design to match. Who doesn't want to match their nails to their outfit to an event! lol :) Ken has changed the world of pedicures, he is so AMAZING and really makes sure you have a relaxing experience. His massage is just AMAZING, there is nothing more I can say other than he is THE BEST. From regular pedi to a Signature Bella Pedicure I recommend it all. I loved the fact that I was there with my fiancee and he not once felt out of place or embarrassed. The staff and the lovely pedicurist he was attended by did great at making him feel comfortable. This was his first time getting a pedicure, ever. After we left he just kept on talking about how soft his feet were and he couldn't believe he didn't do it sooner. ( We got the Bella Signature Pedi ) Everyone takes their time and makes sure their work is done nicely. Tammy and Mary amazing! Quick yet great service. My nails look impeccable and I got a fill. Tammy did such a good job I couldn't tell it was a fill before the polish was on. Update: I walked in this morning as soon as they opened and showed Thai my nails. I told him that he needed to please fix them because they were so ugly. He was actually very pleasant and agreed they needed to be redone. So he fixed them! Lol they look A Lot better now. 3 stars because of the inconvenience and the stress he put me through. The older man was so rough and left ridges from the tip he was using On my acrylics. Then he had the nerve to charge 60 for one color and a color design. I have been sitting in the tub for over 30 minutes, by the time they get to me I will be shriveled up. Worst customer service and their work is even worse. read more

Stopped into Bella's after my normal nail Salon was closing early and couldn't get me in! Had remembered seeing the sign a week or so ago! So glad I did! Great staff, the Bella Signature Pedicure is well worth it; best I ever had! Very accommodating and will definately be back! (I have gone to the same salon for over 15 yrs). Still in love with this place . I usually only go for pedicures since Ken is absolutely amazing but since it's colder and my mom was paying , she was like hey let's go get gel manicures. So when I walked in it was pretty busy since everyone is trying to get their nails done before New Years but Ken made sure to sit my mom and I down quickly . It was odd because Ken started to do my nails but I love him since he's always so thorough and precise with his work. Ken does take his time so make sure you have time to relax and enjoy yourself. Overall he definitely surprised me because he's really good on the nails too! Haha overall the place was really lively and fun and I always go here when I'm come back home from college in Long Beach. I only go here and I always recommend them, especially Ken he's phenomenal with his work. Definitely going to keep going back. read more

Established in 2013.

Bella Nails & Spa was born 2013 with a group of friends that have the same passion in the nails salon business. We wanted to give back to all the wonderful customers that have been supporting us. So we design a nails salon that have the newest technology and high-end products for our customers.

I got my nails done on Monday and the very next day two of my nail polish is already lifting and peeling is that normal for gel nails?

That is not normal! Gel nails are more expensive than regular polish because gel nails are supposed to last way longer!

They said okay and had me start with the pedicure. The woman was nice and I was happy with the service. When it came time for my gel manicure, the same woman (not Kim) started doing my nails and I told her twice that I scheduled with Kim and she just said okay both times (I think there was a language barrier with her). I basically gave up on the fact that I wouldn't have my manicure done by Kim. The woman that did my nails had to call over someone else to fix the shaping of my nails at one point (I wanted almond and the tip was heavily to the left on a couple of nails). The salon looks nice inside, seems clean, and I think I would have been really happy had I had the service with who I asked for. My manicure is fine (some bumps and some overlap on my cuticles). I think if you are just looking for an everyday manicure or pedicure, you'll likely be happy here.

I had a really frustrating experience at this nail salon. I made an appointment for 4:30 PM, but still had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen. When I finally sat down, I showed them a picture of what I wanted--a gel pedicure with a simple flower design on my big toe. The technician told me she could do it, so I assumed everything was fine. However, at the end of the service, she suddenly told me she couldn't do the flower after all. I asked if someone else could do it, and the owner said I would have to wait because no one doing pedicures could do the design. I then had to wait another 15 minutes, which was frustrating after already being there so long. To make matters worse, the owner was rude when I was paying. She told me that next time I need to book with someone specific if I want "extra" designs, even though I clearly showed them a picture beforehand and was told it wouldn't be a problem. When I mentioned that their communication was poor, she continued to argue with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. Overall, the lack of communication, long wait times, and rude customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning. read more

I came in 11/20/19 with my mom, sister and 3 month old daughter. My baby started fuzzing and my nail tech never looked bothered becAuse we had to stop like 5 times. He was very kind and would ask me if I was okay, and if I needed anything. Nail techs near our station would stop and try to talk to my baby to soothe her. At some point, a nail tech offered to hold her while I finished but by that time my mom was done with her manicure and help my daughter. I was beyond impressed and very thankful they were all trying to help. I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem with the work being done or the service. Yes, there has been some mistakes made but in my experience, they have always been well handled. I am now moving to Santa Paula but I will make the drive to continue getting my nails done! read more

I visited for the first time today and I am definitely going back. Ken gave me a great pedicure and was very nice. When he painted my first toe nail I became unsure of the color so he told me I could change colors and he asked what kind of color I had in mind so that he could go grab it for me. I appreciated that a lot because he made the whole experience pleasant. The lady that gave me my manicure scolded me tho because apparently I could not control my hands and messed up my nail polish. It wasn't her day I guess and she rushed a bit but my nails came out right so I am happy. read more

I like this place. It is very clean and the music helps me relax. I got my nails done by this young lady and she is very helpful. She helped me pick the right choice that go well with my outfit for my sister's wedding. I think all of the workers here are very friendly. However, the timing is still unstable. As I observed the way they work, some workers doing slow and some doing very fast. Also when there are many clients waiting, the workers seem to freak out and start to rush. read more

Got my original set done here but after reading great reviews with Johnny, I decided to give him a shot and set up an appointment with him! Appt was for 1:30 but I got there early, and right away he was able to get started! I showed him a pic of what I sort of wanted and he made it happen, with his own twist and I LOVE it!
