Going to give short version color not even close but was going to let it slide was charged for a shampoo and trim that never happened then I got sick noticed my color was 75% gray in 2 week the color fell out i showed her said she'd fix she seemed concerned confused but ghosted all messages after never scheduled to fix. Call owner tell her she takes Brooke's side says color "I chose " was impossible for my hair! What! Brooke picked it! Then said brooke told me no she did not and I had messages to prove it. Said brooke told me she was putting ghost highlights in again what no she did not i dont even know what that is i do know I asked her several times you sure ypu can get it that light each time being told yes I was made to feel like everything i was saying was a lie even though I could show her but she didnt want to see them. So im out 350 no refund have to go to a different salon pay the 300 to fix this because brooke couldn't just be honest or talk to her boss and ask if she was not sure then we could have went with something different im not difficult but I do want that I paid for. And I strongly feel like they should have made her give me my money back she lied plain and simple and I trusted her!

Do NOT get your nails done here…read more I went on NYE, here I am 5 days later with a "shellac" manicure that is the worst one I've ever had. The male that did my nails was EXTREMELY rough and used the grinder until my nails were paper thin (I have been getting shellac manicures for at least two years). It was hurting my nails, and when I brought it up to him, he said he had to do that to get my polish off. Other places use the acetone. My nails haven't been this thin since I had acrylics (more than the years ago)! I asked for a rather simple design (see photo) and he made a very big deal about how difficult it was. Two days later (January 2) the white nails were yellowish brown (and no self tanner or anything out of the ordinary was used). You can also see that the nude colored nails have a brown hue as well. The major lift of polish on my left pointer finger, and on my right hand 3 of my nails have chipped edges. I hope you save yourself the pain and money and go somewhere else. The worst part about it is that I live out of town and can't even go in to show them what they have done to my nailbeds.

Quality depends on the beautician. If you're a guy, this is the place for you because all they seem…read moreto know is how to trim and do men's cuts. They can't cut hair using a picture, which is why the style books are behind the counter. Some of their employees lack creativity and have no initiative to suggest techniques that would improve the style which makes me believe they may not have gotten the best of grades in cosmetology or are just starting out. I like that they do not rush. All but 1 chair was filled on a busy day. I hated my last cut. The cut I have now is a bit, shorter than it needed be, time will tell if it grows into the picture I presented her. In the meantime, I am looking at wigs as it is cheaper to spend $150. on a wig than to spend it on lousy cuts. That was my 3rd, and final, visit.

Do not go here. I made an appointment for a hair trim...the price menu they gave me last week said…read moreit was $15, but they charged me $20 and told me that it was because they "styled" it. First of all, I didn't ask for that. Second of all, they made me look like a lion, so I had to brush it down as soon as I got home. They never spun me around or offered me a mirror, so I didn't notice that the girl didn't even cut the back of my hair...otherwise known as the reason I told her why I came in for a hair cut in the first place. Avoid this place at all cost. Not only will you not get what you asked for, but they'll charge you extra.
