I am a mom of twin girls. I never was able to get pictures of them together professionally so I decided that we would do senior pictures. Of course they got their individual but then we did some of them together. It was emotional and touching to scroll through the pictures of them together. Truly beautiful. I am so excited for them to keep these pictures forever. Every year when the schools take photos, they use All Pro and they charge $10 per sheet. Feels like they are robbing families to get their kids final school picture with an insane fee! We chose not to purchase the photo, as the lighting wasn't great, and we plan to have outdoor senior photos taken for grad invites closer to graduation.

I don't remember exactly what I said, but she could tell that I wasn't completely satisfied with our experience and asked me about it. She really listened, without making excuses, and bent over backwards to make everything right. My son's photos were retaken with no additional sitting fee. I sensed that she had to do a bit of juggling to accommodate my son's tight schedule, but they made it work on his first available day. Karen also offered to personally assist my computer-illiterate, out-of-state mother access the photos on-line so that she could choose her personal favorites. Any business today that is willing to stand behind their products and/or services to this degree deserves five stars. I'm feeling remorse for having left my original, negative review without first giving them the chance to prove their worth.

The pictures were too light and we couldn't see the side of some peoples faces. She retouched them, but we still weren't happy. 2. The poses lacked creativity and were all in a line and not stacked. We had a lot of people, so the group photos were really wide and very unpractical to print and frame. All of our family was together and that doesn't happen very often, so the photos are priceless in that regard. I just expected more from a professional. 3. I asked for a contract when I reserved the time, but she said that she would bring it to the shoot. The price was higher than I expected with add ons that were probably reasonable, just unexpected. Not much I could do then as the pictures were taken and I wasn't going to do it again.
