I have been a client of BELFIUS for at least 45 years, back when they were Credit Communal. I have become less and less satisfied with the service and facilities, though their bank charges remain the same. It is impossible to speak to a human brain without an appointment. Everything is done via machines. They have removed one machine, so there are now only two in my agency, but both do not provide the same services. It it often necessary to wait a long time for a machine. You can no longer print out a receipt of your transaction. There is not even a little shelf for you to put your papers on or to write something. You can't change money into another currency. It is really not a pleasure to go into my agency anymore.
