They speak excellent English and their customer service is more like American service rather than European. If you don't know what I mean by this, it's nothing bad, but European customer service is much more relaxed and on their time rather than yours. We both received 60-minute traditional Thai massages for the cost of $40 US using the online offer. They give you sandals to wear in the spa and some water to start out. We had our massages in the same room. I had never received a traditional Thai massage. I thought it was great with the stretching included along with the massaging. After our massage, they gave us our choice of another drink to relax before leaving. I was not at all disappointed with our experience and would recommend it to any Americans who are worried about the language barrier.

The owners are kind, and although their English is somewhat limited, they have an English menu of services that you can read. My boyfriend and I each got 60 minute massages (thai/aromatherapy) and 30 minute facials for under $150 USD I believe. We were in a large spacious room with ambient lighting and the masseuses were well-trained. The facial was not as fancy as the ones here in NY (extractions, steamers, etc), but it was a nice way to replenish the skin after all the foreign water/air/food that had entered our systems. Be sure to tip at least 10%! Overall definitely recommend. A nice way to enjoy your holiday :)

The massage is usually professional and well-done. However, there are days when the towels they put on the pillows (where you put your head) are quite dirty and surely not fresh. So basically they don't always change it for a new client. But I would assume that for the price you pay there (and it's in no way a cheap place), they could be tidier. Once a masseur finished massage earlier without saying anything, despite I paid for regular time, and it was rather a slapdash work. Although it happened to me only once so far, and in general in my opinion this centre still has high quality services.
