Everything was handled well. Never invasive with the usual rhetorical questions like "is everything ok?" etc. but always prompt and ready to bring you what needed without asking.
We ordered several traditional local dishes such as "maccheroncini di Campofilone", "Agnello fritto (deep fried lamb)", "olive all'ascolana (deep fried stuffed olives). All came to the table with great timing and cooked to perfection.
Food in general is priced very well.
Overall a great experience that I would like to suggest everyone who feels to have something to eat that is genuine, healthy and up to the standards that locals and tradition set for people in order to have a real experience.
