Honestly speaking it exceeded my expectations because most often snow balls are just sugary sweet with no much flavor. However, Pelican's is quite flavorful. Customer service was good as well. I was greeted in a friendly manner. I didn't have to wait long for my order. It was prepared exactly as I ordered. I recommend this place.

The ice isn't extremely fine and is somewhat crunchy. I had mixed service. The second night, the server was so friendly. The first night, they were in an area that wasn't very lit, and I had ordered their wedding cake flavored one and said that descriptor when ordering instead of "Here Comes the Bride" (couldn't see the name written around the image). The person who was at the window was like, "It's actually called 'Here Comes the Bride'". Sorry When it was made, she kind of threw it at me. I'm currently in a sling from a dislocated shoulder so that really rubbed me the wrong way. The same person the second night forgot one of the topping ingredients to one of our snow cones, too. Splitting hairs, but this is the only reason this is a 4 instead of 5 stars.
