My wife and i celebrated our 30 year anniversary in Puerto Rico last month. She wanted to rent a jeep and found that BEEP BEEP JEEP was not only the least expensive jeep rental on the island, it was also the simplest and most convenient. This was a turn key rental in which the owner dropped off the Jeep personally at the pick up and and drop off lane at the airport. After our introduction and very nice greeting, we were sent on our way with great directions, well wishes, celebratory anniversary balloons in the back and a small cooler filled with Diet Pepsi and Ultra Sunrise Monster in the back seat!! We opted for a Jeep Gladiator trimmed out in a wickedly bright and fun Yellow paint and equipped with slightly oversized and ultra-rugged tires mounted at all four corners. The Jeep was spotless on the inside and out and already had a full tank of fuel. OH, and did I mention the Tommy Bahama beach chairs stowed away in the covered and lockable rear bed cover of our Awesome Gladiator? This was a first rate operation. you could easily see that customer service was the forefront of this company's goal. The owner made a comment at the airport that stuck with me throughout our entire trip. "Think of us as friends here and call us for anything you need, even if it isn't Jeep related." and I could tell he was sincere. This was our third trip to Puerto Rico in a year. We absolutely fell in love with the place. Our go to spot is Copa Marina in Guanica, on the southside of the island. There, you will find so many gorgeous beaches that are off of the main roads that you are actually able to go see now! We were able to go pseudo rock crawling on two occasions to get to what were just untouched pieces of paradise. We took things incredibly slow and our Gladiator did not flinch at the slightest incline, rock or puddle. However, do not attempt these kinds of excursions if you have never been offroad. You could get stuck, hurt or even damage this gentleman's Jeeps. So all in, this Jeep made our third visit our best yet! Pleasantly surprised! We took a chance renting with Beep Beep Jeep. I've always been skeptical in booking a rental outside of the main car rental agencies. I'm so happy we took the chance and rented with them and couldn't be happier. The communication was on point. We got in really late and the Jeep was left for us at the airport, with clear directions to find it. A bag of snacks with 2 waters, and some sanitizing wipes was left in the jeep for us. This was such a nice touch, since we had a long flight and getting in so late. The first thing the next morning they reached out to make sure we got where we needed to be safe. The day before we were leaving, they reached out again to touch base and directions for drop off. This was the easiest car rental experience I have ever had! My car was waiting for me upon arrival to the airport and all I had to do was get the keys from Trey at the curb and we took off! There were waters and a bag of snacks waiting for us in the car, which was a nice touch! The Jeep Renegade we had was nice and new, and in good condition. It had a full tank of gas. When we returned the car, all we had to do was pull up to departures at the airport, and their guys were there to pick the car up from us, and we were on our way. No fuss transporting bags a long distance. All the paperwork is done ahead of time, so there's no wasting time at pickup or drop off. Would highly recommend this company! One piece of advice not related to this company - if you choose to refill the gas tank - the gas station I used required payment through an app, which took about 10 minutes to set up. read more

I absolutely loved beep beep jeep, firstly because the booking process is one of the easier ones and your car is guaranteed. Second, because they don't have crazy fees, we had two drivers with no extra fee and one under 25 with no extra fee. AND no hold on your card. We used a car seat from them with a flat rate instead of an everyday rate. There are no long lines because they leave it right in the garage for your arrival time at the airport so you go right to the parking garage, get in and drive away. They also communicate very well about the reservation, a few emails and texts before. Same thing at drop off, you just leave the car in the parking lot and leave. The car was clean and it smelled really good, plus when we got in the car they give you a little baggy with treats and that was really cute. read more

I booked plane tix and hotel reservations for Puerto Rico Spring Break 2025. I like to surf so I wanted a big enough car to get around with boards in or on. I couldn't find anything online prior to leaving nor while on the plane. I did find a truck that was $2500 for the 5 full days I we were going to be there. My hotel clerk at El Convento in Old San Juan offered to help. She found me a Beep Beep Jeep. They delivered it to our hotel, the jeep did great and carried boards with ease for the days in Rincon and they met us at the airport outside check in when we dropped off. Communication was great through text. The cost was 1/3 the cost of the trucks listed and this was a jeep gladiator with a truck bed. Can't say enough about how easy and great it was. I cannot say enough regarding Beep Beep Jeep. They are absolutely incredible. So easy to communicate with them from beginning to end. Extremely sufficient. Everything was delivered as promised. They sent me a text message prior to our arrival with the exact location where we can locate the Jeep in the airport's parking. The Jeep is big, clean and we had so much fun exploring the island. From the moment I first reached out about renting a jeep, until the moment we finished our rental, they were fantastic to work with. My bank kept flagging the transaction, so I admittedly was a little nervous. However, when we got there Anthony had the Jeep waiting on us. We enjoyed the entire process! We did everything online, no line to wait in! The driver met us at the airport to drop off the jeep and was there before us and ready, even loaded our bags for our family of 5! Not only was it friendly service, but with a bag of snacks and waters! So accomodating. The jeep was in great shape and looked awesome. So fun to drive! Rented an 8 passenger vehicle in PR. Unfortunately, vehicle we received had a break problem. I reached out to their customer service and they were very quick to try and remedy the problem, even though it was already quite late (~ 9 pm at night). We had a trip planned the next morning around 6 AM but they didn't have any other car that would fit the required 8 people. In lieu, they offered us two separate cars, that they dropped off that night, to make sure that our plans would not be affected. Great customer service, overall. Would recommend again! read more
