These guys were amazing. Us locals could pop into the local butchery and buy the meat we needed for the night. Often we left we more than we had planned. Following their enthusiasm we went home thinking we would produce a different amazing cuisine event! The meat was perfect quality and the food we cooked was perfect. Thank you Beef on the Beach.
