I purchased two large number balloons and 10 individual balloons, which came out to almost $60. As soon as I walked out of the store, two of the balloons popped. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to go back in. Then, within 30 minutes of arriving at my destination, one of the number balloons had completely deflated. After checking it, I noticed it had a small tear. At that point, I was already too far to go back, but it was frustrating considering how much I spent. I honestly wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The store itself didn't help the experience either. It was messy, unorganized, and felt cluttered walking in. The decorations were very outdated and not what I expected--especially for something like a retirement setup. The employees were just okay. There was a lot of side conversation going on instead of helping customers, although I will say one gentleman who assisted me was helpful and professional. I'm not someone who usually leaves one-star reviews or asks for refunds, but I wouldn't recommend this place--even for last-minute decorations.

I hired her to do decorations for a corporate event and I feel like she completely scammed me and got over on me. Suzanne brought me 6 balloons and 3 very small letters balloons and charged over $200. She also charged for set up even though she did not set anything up. She was supposed to me at a certain time but chose to come earlier so she would miss me because she knew the quality of work she promised to deliver was not what was delivered. I called her to confront her and asked if she would come back to the location because I thought what she had dropped of was a joke. When Suzanne came back she was very argumentive and not willing to see that she had made her customers very unhappy. On top of that, Suzanne grabbed my arm in the middle of our discussion. I did not touch her once or get in her personal space so I do not know why she thought it was appropriate to touch or grab me. She refused to bring more balloons or do anything to appease the situation. The best she said she could do was offer me a credit for future use which I let her know I would NEVER use her company again so she can keep that credit. Suzanne is very unprofessional and sin city balloons is a scam. The pictures on her website do not match what she delivers. I can't believe I was charged over $200 for what was pictured below when I could've gone to party city myself and has them do it and pay way less. Lesson learned!
