What kind of scam is that when you post 90% and then somebody shows up to buy it and it's only 75% and then I tried to get a few more items that said they were online that you could purchase them online and they told me they were not in stock anymore. This business needs to fix this problem. I am sure there are some other products that are listed on their website for a higher THC and when you show up, they're not that THC Good luck buying from this business hopefully they aren't lying to you....

This store is right near my Smith's grocery store & Goodwill. I had just left my dentist office a 1/2 mile away, saw their flag/banners on the street, quickly pulling into the strip mall area. I walked in just to check out the store & see if they have my information (loyalty numbers) from the other store. I was greeted immediately by Kayla with a smile & a great attitude. She looked up my data & stated she has my loyalty points/purchase history. She had the items I normally purchase in stock, but also suggested some different items I might also like. Sucked me right in, I had to try them. Bought 2 types. That is great customer service skills. Jeremey came in even recognized me from the other store. He smiled saying "you're the guy in the kilt".....I guess I make an impression on people. Store was very nicely set up, lots of products, main area & restroom were clean, atmosphere was great, add in the fantastic customer service it can't be beat. I highly recommend the place & will be back. Remember: Veteran's discount & loyalty points add up to savings.

I come in to a business because I'm ready to buy. My time is short, and I'm very conscious of how I use it. Urban Wellness has been my alternative pharmacy for 2 years now. I stopped growing, and switched to buying, because of my time. Urban Wellness has provided the products that I need, most of the same products I used to make, myself, and they do it at a great price, with smiles, and with genuine care for their cutover customers/patients. I'd like to give a special shout out and thank you to Taylor and Racheal. While everyone is awesome, Taylor and Racheal consistently both go above and beyond to help, to know their customers, and they show genuine interest and concern for the customers at urban wellness. As far as my time, it's respected. I explained 1 time that I always know what I want, and will ask about specials and new arrivals, if I'm curious. Since that 1 time, I'm not inundated with extraneous information. I'm greeted, signed in, and helped. Thank y'all for doing a great job!
