After just 2 weeks of sleeping on this mattress it has permanent contour pits that have given my husband and I terrible back pain. Our experience at this Mattress Firm location was wholly positive. They are conveniently located to Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. All of their showroom stock is clean, organized and clearly displayed with prices. The two salespeople of duty were EXTRAORDINARILY friendly, professional and helpful. They got a sense of the type and quality mattress we were looking for, and showed us several models that met our criteria. They were very knowledgeable about the different models and brands. To begin with they sold me a substandard mattress that is dipping on one side after four months of use. Upon buying an additional bedframe, they mixed up the sizes and sold me a queen size instead of a full size. I hired help, and had them come in to reassemble the bed and put the full size headboard on what I thought was the full-size frame. It turned out to be too small as expected. I called and asked them to please exchange it since it was their error and give me the correct frame. they said since I open the box, they would not take it back. So now I am stuck with a full size frame, and a queen size headboard, and bed. Their customer service is horrendous. Please please find another mattress firm, and do not do business with this one. You will get stuck with the merchandise if they make an error.

The Sofa isn't even 2 years old and we called the warranty company and told us it was wear and tear which is not covered. Real leather does not peel. I have a leather chair that was purchased back in the 80's which is still in excellent condition except for spots because of age. I wrote a review on Google and they replied back if there is anything we can do to help so we called back and they told us it's just a 1 year warranty and there is nothing they can do, totally ignoring my 3 year extended warranty. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEIR FURNITURE IS JUNK AND ESPECIALLY NEVER BUY AND EXTENDED WARRANTY IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY.
