When I inquired why I would make a final payment before the job was complete, John started yelling that he didn't know anything about vanities. I was then told that the vanities were a separate price and they don't even install closets. I have an invoice listing all items and the agreed upon price. I also asked repeatedly before paying them if everything was included and was assured it was all included. John came to my home and offered to remove the cabinets and give back my deposit because there is no way I could have expected to get those things for the price although that's what they told me and listed on. the invoice and estimate. He also repeatedly said that I was trying to get over on them before admitting that the lady in the office f-ed up. Faye has sent more invoices offering me a discount on vanities, which were included in my original contract, and they are still listing those closets that they don't install. Seems as though they are promising things they have no intention of delivering to me again. THIS COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU THE ESTIMATE YOU WANT TO GET YOUR BUSINESS AND THEN TRY TO CHANGE THE TERMS AFTER THE FACT. THEY STILL OWE ME TWO VANITIES WITH COUNTERTOPS AND CLOSET SHELVING!! I told the owner that they had installed the shower handle in the wrong location. When they said they would have to charge us to fix their mistake, I asked why? We didn't cause the mistake. They did not ask where we wanted the handle to be located. After this, they packed up their tools and left. We begged them to finish the job. But I feel their feelings were hurt so they packed up their toys and went home. I even told them to leave the handle where it is. But they refused stating that I was difficult to please. I am paying them $1,300 to install the plumbing fixtures where I want them. They left us with no running water to our home as they broke a major plumbing piece. It was rusty, granted, but we had running water when they showed up. Now we have no running water and no where to bathe as this is our only bathroom. Other tile installers are 3 to 4 weeks out. It's hard to go without a working bath tub/shower for a month. Shame on these men who would leave a family like this. They claimed to be Christian men talking about how they attend church regularly. They didn't behave like Christian men in my opinion. They behaved like children. It would not recommend these men to do any work in anyone's home. For if you complain, they are likely to leave you like they left us. HIGH AND DRY!
