I appreciate that very much and others can read it , however it was the very nice phone call I received yesterday from someone at the firm who couldn't have been nicer and she explained why my case was held up by the V.A. and was still "active" so I could relax a bit for the next several months before I need another update.....I passed on my suggestions to the "big wig" who contacted me with the hope that they can improve the quality, regular timeliness, and empathy shown by those firm associates who are tasked with keeping us clients up to date every several months or so, like clockwork..... After all, I have been waiting nearly 7 years for the settlement in my case to be paid to me..........If I can, I will boost my rating up one notch thanks to hearing from the law firm....Should they actually successfully settle with me in the next 6 months or so, I will try to give them the highest rating possible, based on it being over...Thank you Andee M.

When she came back on the line, she said Courtney would be the person to talk to and she would get me over to her voicemail because she wasn't available (AGAIN). I played this game last week! I ask the lady if they needed help or were hiring because it's obvious, they have a problem over there! She declined to answer.

She made sure to speak to the respondents attorney when they called. I know this because I witnessed it every time I had to go to court. She was supposed to be protecting my daughter not my ex-husband. I have very little money and made me split the payment into 2 payments while the ex only had to pay $25 a month. It was supposed to be paid by November 5th, 2025 or be held in contempt. That did not happen. I do not recommend this attorney as a guardian ad litem.
