I stayed there for about a month and the man owns. It is Dennis Kevin slighten. Ed he is very rude. He stays up all night long. He sleeps during the day. He's UN appreciative I seen myself. Where his workers who never pays him a penny. He will have everybody to work for Bree. And what they get is to stay there. He thinks it's like something really special. It is a nice place, but you know. He don't even supply food. So and he's got drug addicts in and out of there all night, long, all day, long, someone stole a faucet that was in the bedroom bathroom that I stayed in. And he tried to charge me for that faucet $250 because someone took it and so I know I didn't take it.. if I were to give you a recommendation on this place.I would tell you not together because just because of the person that you for reading my review

We rented a fairly expensive two bedroom condo on the second floor at "Waters Edge". It has an elevator so that 96 year old Grandmom could be comfortable. Because we live in Dallas, and parking lots are clearly labeled tow-away if there are restrictions, we paid attention when we arrived to be sure we were not parking in a tow away zone. We did not notice the subtly painted numbers over the covered spaces, however, since most of the spaces were empty when we arrived, and, as I said, there were no "No Parking Signs" or "Tow Away" signs. There was also no mention of parking restrictions on the rental agreement which Will had emailed to us. Imagine our surprise when we took our bags down to load the car on the 26th and found it gone. A note in the parking space said a tow company had taken it and would charge $250 to give it back. When I called Will to ask for help, his only response was, "Well, I'm not paying the towing fee. Didn't you see the number on the parking space? Well, no, we didn't see the number (about 2-3 inches high and painted the same color as the parking shed) for the reasons mentioned above. Even if we had seen the number, we might not have figured out that a particular space was ours since it wasn't mentioned in the rental agreement. My guess is that the rental agreement has now been updated to explain parking, but that won't help us, will it, Will? Too bad. We had once enjoyed doing business with Hamilton Shores.

The site also has multiple pools, hot tubs, basketball court, tennis court and a small rec room with ping pong and pool. The staff was very nice to us and helped with what ever we needed. Our room V4 had an amazing view of the lake with a nice quite balcony. The beds are comfortable but the blinds don't hide much sun in the morning. Overall this is a great place to stay to see hot springs and surrounding cities. Check out my other reviews for what we found in the city. Can't wait to come back.
