There is always a vast variety of ice cream flavours to please even the pickiest of frozen fare eaters, and the custard is truly to die for! Every time I end up back in Michigan, this place is on my must-go list, and this visit, I tried the chocolate chip almond coconut ice cream. I'm not even a huge fan of ice cream in the summer months, but this was AMAZING!! Just the right amount of everything, with little melt-in-your-mouth mini chocolate chips to offset the sweetness of the coconut. My husband had some sort of double Dutch chocolate concoction, which despite being a double scoop in a waffle cone -- and despite his skinny build -- was literally obliterated in seconds. Hot food is also served here, so we shared a platter of well-done french fries [we're into the crispy!] and hot dogs.
