I placed an order of € 70 and they sent me the wrong product. I immediately reported it to the customer service via e-mail, which took 7 days to give me an answer. They admitted the mistake is theirs: Beautycos sale a products not in stock! When I asked to replace the wrong product with another in the catalog, they replied that they do not make changes. I can only proceed with the return. If I see the attention to the customer from the little things, they have proved to me very uncooperative and not-helpful. 1 star rating. read more
