This place is the worst. They do not have what you need most of the time and tell you they will order it and it doesn't come, and still blaming it in covid SMH! I have never been to a store where you can only have one transaction. This is new. They treated customers much better when they had competition. We need another beauty supply store and less hotels and car washes in Tappahannock. read more
