I had to keep asking about the process just to make sure we are on the same page. But the interaction with me was minimum, but there was a lot of whispering between the employees (felt like she was asking the others what she should do). Not surprised that the result was really bad. Sadly that girl can't handle any critical comments, she reacts very defensively against me. Anyways... definitely not worth the money.
