The girl who did my facial was Carley, and she was SO good at her job. They give you a wrap towel to change into (if you would like, would recommend doing so), and the bed you lay on is warm and heated. I have never been so pampered, and I can see why people do this regularly. The upper body massage, from the face to the neck to the upper back to the arms to the hands, while cleansing and moisturizing almost put me to sleep. After dermaplaning, the skin on my face felt like a baby's bottom. The chemical peel was a bit uncomfortable (it's supposed to be tingly), so I don't think I would get this part again.
