When I went to do some repairs 10 days later, I was appalled at how dirty it still was: tape stuck on the counter, black marks on counters, urine around the toilets, very old dirt on every windowsill, huge stain in the carpet, coffee spots on the kitchen walls, spider webs on the ceilings, dust on the topside of all light fixtures and the tops of the appliances. Their invoice even said they dusted furniture (the house was totally empty). They refused to discuss how much time was actually spent cleaning, and after receiving our complaint, only refunded $120. We had to hire someone else to come in and thoroughly clean so the house was rentable. MBG does not have attention to detail, and charges way to much for the 3 hours they spent there (according to a neighbor).
